Weapons Agent

We represent a number of PMSCs and co-ordinate the weapons permitting for the weapons and equipment.

Co-ordination of Transit of Arms and Ammunition through all Ports of South Africa

We as weapons agents take care of all liaisons with the port authorities and government officials to ensure that weapons can safely transit the port the vessels are calling.

Security / Crew co-ordination

All personnel embarking and disembarking crew and security in South Africa are taken care of by our agency via Immigration ensuring they are signed off/ on the vessel in terms of our Immigration act.

Co-ordination of clearance and delivery of spares

We arrange customs clearance and delivery of ship spares via airfreight. We also co-ordinate delivery of shipments arriving via courier ie DHL, UPS , Fedex etc

Bunkering

We ensure vessel is cleared to call South Africa and liaise with the bunker trader in order to co-ordinate delivery of the bunkers to the vessel.

Attendance to Sick/ injured crew

We attend to medivacs of personnel onboard the vessel as well as landing of sick crew and ensure that their medical needs are attended to whilst the crew members are in South Africa until they are repatriated.

Attendance to all Owners Matters Off Port Limits and Alongside the berth

We attend as husbandry agents for vessels calling Off Port Limits as well as alongside the berth. Supplying fresh water , delivery of provisions, handling crew changes.
